I originally purchased a knock off jacket from eBay before I found this one. The eBay jacket ripped the pictures straight from Shop-Steady & when I received the jacket...well....you can guess how frustrated I was. After writing eBay about this incident, I turned to Shop-Steady & purchased THE jacket. With a back-order of 3 weeks, I was bummed about how long I'd have to wait, but I got through it.
The customer service I have received from Shop-Steady has been AMAZING. With every email I sent them, they'd send one back with an answer to ALL of my questions. I finally got the jacket tonight.....my God. It is glorious. Absolutely. Glorious.
I can't thank you guys enough for delivering such a satisfying customer experience & such a great product.

I got this jacket 2 days ago, with a wait of three weeks, as expected! so that's okay!
The jacket's look is just awesome and i'm gonna love it! i've bought the original and the black version for some more decent wardrobe looks!
the only thing is, that these jacket's aren't 100% screen acurate.
my tips for the next batch:
- remove the snap on the collar (like in the movie) - the zip-line should not end at the under end of the jacket, in the movie it ends about 1 inch above.
but all in all a pretty nice jacket for an affordable price! best compliments!

Amazing Jacket, surprisingly fast shipping

I ordered this jacket, expecting it to take about a month. I think it was three days after I ordered, it had already shipped, and it shipped in 2 days. So that was amazing in and of itself.
The jacket is great! Looks exactly like the one in the movie. Definitely worth the money!
